Join M Power and Body Positive facilitator Shannon Smith as we learn how to really listen to what our body needs. This takes a great deal of practice, compassion, forgiveness, and being able to disregard negative societal messages.

We will guide our young ladies exactly how we can do these things while embracing the body we are in, forgiving ourselves when we fail, and understanding the incredibly fulfilling life we can live when we are body positive.
