This workshop is designed for girls 6 and older. We will discuss stress and how to manage it in a healthy and productive way. Identifying what stress feels like can be tricky sometimes, and methods to manage it can be unique to the individual. We will explore all kinds of coping mechanisms and how to implement them on a regular basis.
We will include some meditation practice, a craft, and lots of good group discussions.
This session is taught by Shannon , who is a safeTALK trainer, ASIST trained, and a Road to Mental Readiness instructor.
