This workshop focuses on making healthy food choices at home, on the go and while enjoying a meal at your favourite restaurant. Eating balanced is important and being armed with the power of knowledge is the first step!
This workshop will introduce the topics Healthy Eating on the Go and Facts About Fats. This is going to be an interactive 4 hours workshop where girls will spend 2 hours in the kitchen making homemade healthy (and delicious!) chili, cinnamon chips and strawberry salsa.
After enjoying our food we will partake in a 2 hour hands on workshop where we will explore all of the healthy options available to us when we go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will answer questions like "what is in that Starbucks latte?” and how to choose menu items that are nutritious.
$45.00 includes all materials, instruction and the 2 hour private food prep and cooking class in addition to the workshop.
