Join us for this workshop where we learn the importance of listening to our intuition when it comes to our needs.
We are often distracted from our internal messages surrounding what our bodies really need by outside influences and negative societal messages. This has greatly affected our body image and has encouraged a community of comparison and setting unrealistic standards.
We will be studying the Body Positive teachings with a variety of activities, discussions, and impactful meditations to help us re-connect with our bodies and help build a community of body positive people.
Please bring a lunch (we will be having a short lunch or working lunch). Snacks will be provided.
