Body Positive- Three Part Session (Georgetown)

  • Young's Pharmacy Program Room (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

The Body Positive Program enables young people to start listening to their own bodies as to what they need in terms of nourishment (food), movement (exercise), and rest (sleep/relaxation). Too often, we ignore the cues from within because of the strong influence society has over what we feel we need. Our bodies are all unique, however, and what is right for one person isn’t always “good” or “healthy” for another.

In this three part series, we will dive into the issues of self-compassion and how we can truly honour and love our bodies, while listening intuitively to what we really need.

$40.00

Suitable for boys and girls in grades 6-8.
